If you're reading this, you're probably reading it to a child you love, or getting ready to. Maybe it's your own son or daughter. Maybe it's a grandchild, a niece, a student in your Sunday school class.

I wrote this book for every child who is still learning that they were made on purpose, for a purpose. Not by accident. Not by chance. On purpose, by God, who thought about every single part of them before they took their first breath.

As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Gut Health Specialist, I've spent years helping adults understand that caring for the body is one of the ways we honor the God who made it. I wanted the children in my life, and yours, to learn that truth early, in language small enough for little hearts to hold.

Each page pairs one simple, true thing about the body God gave them with a Bible verse they can actually understand, and a small "Try This Today" step that turns the truth into a habit. Not a lecture. A little seed, planted early.

Every child deserves to know they were made on purpose.

This book is for the child still learning that.

After walking through a health crisis that taught her the difference between surviving and truly healing, Danae discovered that the wisdom in Scripture and the science of gut health had been telling the same story all along.

She wanted the children in her life, and yours, to learn that truth early, before the world has a chance to teach them otherwise.

My Body Is Wonderfully Made is her first book written for children, born out of a desire to hand the next generation the same truths that changed her own life, in language small enough for little hearts to hold.
